How do I become an INIKA member?
To become a member with INIKA, click on Register at the top right hand corner of the home page. Simply fill out the INIKA registration form completing all required fields (Don't forget to subscribe to our exciting and informative monthly newsletter).
Your personal information will be kept in a strictly confidential area and never divulged to any third parties.
You will receive an automated email with all of your personal details.
Please retain your Username and Password for your records.
These are the details you will need to access and Sign In to your INIKA account and "Member Only" secure areas within our website.
I can't remember my username or password. How do I reset it?
If you have lost or can't remember your INIKA shopping password you can easliy reset it.

What if the product does not meet my expectations or is damaged in transit?
In the unlikely event that a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. Regrettably, the original shipping fee is not refundable.
When ordering, please choose your product shades carefully. We do not offer refunds for wrong colour choice.
If you have any questions regarding shades, ingredients, or application, please contact us before placing your order.

Alternatively, you can call 020 7734 0969 (9AM - 5PM, Monday to Friday). Processing time for returns may take up to10 working days from the time the return is received.
Please note that only products purchased online from www.inikacosmetics.com/us will be accepted for return. We regret that we cannot accept exchanges.
How do I pay for my INIKA products/What credit cards do you accept?
INIKA accepts ALL credit cards. We do not currently accept paypal.
Alternatively, you can call the INIKA AU Office on +61 2 42 274 832 (During AU time business hours) and place your order over the phone with one of our friendly staff members who will assist you with alternative direct payment options.

How secure is my credit card and personal information?
Your security is extremely important to us. We have taken all reasonable measures to ensure that your credit card and personal details are kept safe at all times. All pages that require you to enter your personal information or payment details on our site are secure.
To ensure that the page you are viewing is secure, please look for the padlock icon in your browser, this will verify the authenticity and validity of our website security.
Here at INIKA we respect your privacy and we DO NOT ever provide your personal details to other third parties. Besides our secure certificate, we track all IP's to its source to ensure security on your order. We will report any fraud attempts to local authorities.
What is your policy on shipping to a third party?
If your INIKA order is a gift for someone special, we provide the option to ship the goods to an alternative delivery address.
The ‘Check Out‘ stage of your order allows you to select this option, and, as we charge only according to your payment specifications, the lucky recipient is not privy to the actual financial transaction.
Once ordered and paid for how long will it take to receive my INIKA products?
This depends upon where you are located; however, Standard orders are shipped within 48 hours - Monday through Friday.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are shipped the following business day.
What are INIKA's standard shipping terms?
Standard US: 2-3 working days from order.
International: 7 - 10 working days via economy class, depending on your location. NOTE: This website does not ship goods to Australia, New Zealand and United Kingdom. Customers from these countries should visit www.inikacosmetics.com and select the INIKA website for their specific country to place orders.
What are INIKA's delivery charges?
Our delivery charges are a flat rate.
US: $5.00
Outside of the US: $10.00

How do I track my order and my order history?
After your order is placed, you will receive your Order Receipt. You will also receive an email with details of your Online Purchase.
Please retain for your records.
To enquire about your orders progress please contact our head office on +61 2 42 274 832 Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm. One of our friendly team members will be more than happy to assist you with your order enquiry.
In future we are hoping to implement an "online order tracking" process for your convenience.
What if the product I wish to purchase is not available?
Occasionally, a product may be temporarily unavailable and INIKA apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.
Unavailable products will be displayed in red as 'Temporarily Out Of Stock'. If this is the case, we encourage you to return to our website to purchase the product at a later time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You may change or cancel you INIKA order by calling +61 2 42 274 832 Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm (AU time) but ONLY if your order has not been dispatched from our premises.
If your order has not been dispatched but payment has been processed, we can change the order or place a full refund to your credit card.
How do I order online?
To purchase an INIKA product online, simply click on SHOP to find the item or select from the categories located on the left hand side of the home page.
Click on the item you wish to purchase. Select quantity, colour if applicable, and click on Add to Cart. Click OK to confirm order and to add the item to your Cart. The number of items and value of your order will be displayed above the navigation bar and updated as you order.
You can continue to shop for other items or proceed directly to View Cart where you can check on the progress of your order, change and Update Order, choose Shipping Options and Proceed to Checkout. Once you have finished shopping click on Proceed to Checkout. If you are a returning Member, enter your Username and Password and click on Sign In to complete your order. If you are a new customer, click on Register and complete the required fields. Confirm your Payment Information and click on Submit. Once your online order has been successfully completed you will receive an automated receipt as confirmation of your order and payment together with email confirmation of your order.
Please print and retain a copy for your reference. Review the information and verify that everything is correct as processing your order commences shortly after submission. If any changes are necessary, have your Order Confirmation ready and contact us via PHONE ONLY on +61 2 42 274 832.
We will follow up with another email when your order is being shipped. In the event that the product is not in stock, we will keep your order "Pending" until stock is available at which time we will ship your order and notify you by email.
